LaundryCards

The plastic "charge cards" used in this Laundromat in place of coins. Customers can start equipment and buy products in this store with these cards.

Technician Cards

Similar in appearance to LaundryCards, but used by service personnel to view and edit the service status of machines within the location. With V9, any employee can have this access. See Permission Settings and Functions for details on how to set permissions.

Attendant Cards

Similar in appearance to LaundryCards, but used by store employees who work attending shifts. Used as a time card and provide employee to various features and functions to help them better manage customers and help them manager their work day. With V9, any employee can have this access. Collector Cards

Similar in appearance to LaundryCards, but used by collectors.  Collectors use these card to help account for the cash that is removed from a system. With V9, any employee can have this access. See Permission Settings and Functions for details on how to set permissions.

Manager Cards

Similar in appearance to LaundryCards, but used by store owners and managers to manage, configure, the system. With V9, any employee can have this access. See Permission Settings and Functions for details on how to set permissions.

Diagnostic Cards

Similar in appearance to LaundryCard™, but are used during installation and troubleshooting.  They allow the user of the card to put a card reader into a diagnostic mode, this mode displays information pertaining to the unit address and the communication status.

Super Card

Every system is shipped with a Super Card, this card provides emergency start ability to machines in the event that both computers are not functioning.  This card will only work if the card reader is displaying "See Attendant" and the system is down, therefore it is safe to leave in the store where Attendants have access to.  All starts performed with the Super Card are not tracked or recorded.

X-Changer

The machine or Kiosk that lets you get a new LaundryCard™, add value to it, or check its balance

Touch Screen

The 'TV' screen monitor: touch this to choose what you want to do.

Bill Acceptor

This is where you put in bills to get a new card or add value to a card. (Located to the right of the Touch Screen)

Card Dispenser

The device that ejects new cards from the X-Changer. (Located above the Bill Acceptor)

X-Changer Card Reader

The reader that reads cards on the X-Changer.(Located below the Touch Screen)

Credit Card Reader

The credit card reader will allow you to scan your credit card and transfer value from your credit card to your laundry card.  (Located either directly to the right of the bill acceptor or integrated into the bill acceptor) **This is optional and may not be available at all locations.
