When accessing Manager or Attendant Schedule buttons, the error "Cannot connect to any CCI main computer. Check network" is shown.

Possible Causes

  1. POS files incompatible with LaundryCard version on X-Changers
  2. POS apps starting up out of order


  1. Kill POS.exe and POSCheckDBConnect.exe
  2. Start POSCheckDBConnect.exe first.
  3. Then start POS.exe.
  4. Try accessing the menus again.
  5. If that fails, use the LaundryCard POS Installer to install the files appropriate for the version of LaundryCard on the X-Changers and repeat steps 1-4 as needed.
