Physical modification of machine may be required, including modification of machine panels and internal modification to accommodate cables or harnesses. It is recommended that the instructions contained herein be performed by individuals who are qualified to perform these tasks. Bypass Harness
Alliance Coin Vault Bypass

  1. Disconnect wires connected to vault service switch and bridge connection using C-5365 Bypass Harness.

  2. Remove the four (4) T25 screws indicated below:

  3. Pull panel away from machine exposing the factory plate / Coin Drop
  4. Loosen the two (2) left retaining screws (Green) and remove the remaining screws on the bracket (Blue) and slide the bracket off the machine.
  5. Slide the C-0975 QT Mounting Bracket onto the loose screws and tighten. Add remaining screws to the corresponding holes on the bracket and tighten.

  6. Re-secure the front panel to the machine.

Connect Machine Interface Harness

Serial and Pulse

Machine Start Harness
can use C-5240-144

  1. Connect the C-5240 Machine Start Harness to the H3 connector on the Machine Control Assembly.

Connect and Mount Reader

TODO - Include picture of LaundryCard reader connection

  1. Feed remaining harness ends through the mounting hole as described in the LaundryCard Kit Installation Guidelines.
  2. Connect the free end of the C-5240 Machine Start Harness to port 1 (Serial Connection Port) as shown in the image above.
  3. Secure the LaundryCard reader to the machine as described in the LaundryCard Kit Installation Guidelines.
