When attempting to register a Deployment ID during "Software Activation" of installing NETePay 5 Director, this error appears:
- Ask store/customer to check both their 'Inbox' and 'Spam' email folders.
- If they do not see the emails, have them contact Datacap support for assistance in getting emails resent.
