To aid users in managing their LaundryCard credentials, we have deployed a Self-Service Password Management Website. It provides a secure interface in which you can manage your account and your credentials.

Reset your forgotten password
Unlock your locked-down account
Change your password
Passwords are set to expire at a frequency of once every 90 days. The system will send out email reminders to the email address entered in your contact information. The first time you access the LaundryCard Self-Service Password Management Website, the system will walk you through the enrollment process which includes creating security questions/answers and filling out your contact information. The system uses this information to identify you when you need to reset your password or unlock your account and to send email reminders.
How to Access the LaundryCard Self-Service Password Management Website
Open a web browser and navigate to http://password.laundrycard.com
From the home page, you have the option to:
Sign in and manage your account (change password , create security questions)
Reset your password if you forgot it
Unlock your account.
