Security Camera Access
OVERVIEW
If your LaundryCard System has a security camera installed, you can access the pictures through Customer Card Activity on the Search screen under the Cards menu. You must have the Search permissions selected under the Cards menu to access this feature. Check with your manager to see what the permission settings are set for your card.

Accessing Camera Images
Insert your card.
Select Cards from the menu.
Select Search.
Enter dates into the fields next to Card Issued Between, or the last 3-4 digits of the card number.
Click Search.
Once the card is displayed in the search results, click on the card number.
Click on View Activity to see card activity.
Each activity of the card will be outlined like below.
Click on the + sign to see the picture that accompanies the activity.
