Prize Packages Setup
Owners have the ability to create Prize packages for their customers to incentivize them to return to their store.
Prize Packages Setup
To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have PRIZE PACKAGES selected under MARKETING in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
Select Marketing from the main menu.
Select Prize Packages.
Select Add Prize Package to bring up the fields to complete the configuration.
Complete the fields on the page to configure the prize package.
You must save the prize package before being able to add a photo to accompany the prize.
When finished, click Save Prize.

Prize Package Fields and Descriptions
Field | Description |

Title | The Name of the Prize Package you want to create |
Description | Details about the prize package being created |
Select File to Upload | Add a picture to accompany the prize package (You can only do this after the prize package has been saved. After the prize package is saved, Upload and Delete Image buttons will appear) |
Upload/Delete Image | (These buttons only appear AFTER you've saved the prize package) Upload the image you want to accompany the prize package. Delete an image that has been saved to a prize package. |
Points Required | The number of points required for a customer to redeem the prize. |
Status | The prize package is either enabled or disabled. |
Quantity | The number of prizes awarded to the customer |
Priority | Where this prize falls on the list of prizes configured |
Add a photo to a prize package
Please note: If doing this on the physical X-Changer, the photos must be loaded on the X-Changer through a USB or thumb drive in order for them to be available to be selected. If adding the photos remotely, the photos can be selected from the computer used to remote-access the X-Changer.
Select the prize package to which you would like to add a photo.
Select "Choose file" to open the file explore on the computer to locate your photo.
Select your photo and click "Open".
Once the photo is selected, click open to make the photo available to upload. It will appear next to the "Choose File" button.
Select Upload and the photo will appear.
Click Save.
Prize Package Equipment Setup
Only machines that 'Allow Points' will allow customers to earn points towards a prize package. You can choose whether to add any machine, washers, dryers, vending machines, etc.
Follow the steps below to set up a machine to earn points for a prize package.
When on the prize packages page, select Points Earned Equip Setup.
Check any box next to any machine equipment type to allow points to be earned by using that equipment.
Click Save.
