Machine Information
Users can review the current status of all of the equipment in the store as well as access the individual service history of that machine. The Model, Serial, and Date in Service information are also viewable here, if this information has been entered. IT IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED. You may enter this info through the Additional Machine Information Screen. The vend amount column shows the total vend amount each machine has accumulated since it was put into service.
Accessing Machine Information
To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have MACHINE INFORMATION selected under SYSTEM SETUP in permission settings. Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
Field | Definition |

Machine | This is the physical machine number in the store. Selecting the machine number will display the Service History Report with that specific machine selected. |
Address | This is the assigned number the machine is given during setup so that the X-Changers can communicate with it. |
Line | This is the line number the machines are on which directly connects to the X-Changers. |
Status | This number corresponds to the machine activity. |
Equipment Name | The designated name for the equipment chosen by the user during Card Reader Setup. Selecting the name will display the Equipment Setup page for that specific chosen equipment. |
Last Start | When the machine was last started. |
Estimated Finish | When the machine will be finished with the latest cycle. |
Vended | The total $ amount the machine has vended since it was put into service. |
