FasCard Loyalty Site - My Locations



Overview

My Locations provides an overview of all locations at which the Loyalty user is registered. Loyalty accounts can be linked to multiple FasCard accounts, allowing one Loyalty account to be used at all FasCard stores. All balances are tracked separately between FasCard accounts, which My Locations readily shows at a glance.

My Locations Functionality

My Locations displays each available location with which the Loyalty user is registered as well as the available balance for that account.  The percentage of available machines is displayed below the name of the location.  Clicking on the name or  balance of any location will load the Location Details page.  If a Loyalty user only has a single location associated with their account, the Location Details page for that location will be loaded automatically.



Add a Location

New locations can be added by logging into the Loyalty site using the custom URL provided by the store owner or using a promotional coupon code associated with the FasCard account.  

  1. Click Add Location.

  2. Enter a valid coupon code.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. The new location will be added to My Locations.

Additionally, through the FasCard Mobile App, you can also scan the QR code of any reader or kiosk at a specific location to add to your list of Locations.

Clicking any of the icons on the navigation bar at the bottom of the page will redirect the user to another page within the Loyalty site.



  • This icon will navigate to the Active Machines page, allowing the user to check the status of any machines started using their Loyalty account.

  • This icon will navigate to the Quick Start page, allowing the user to activate a machine using their Loyalty account.

  • This icon will navigate to the Settings page, allowing users to make a variety of changes to their Loyalty account.

Required Registration

If a store location has required registration enabled, upon selecting or scanning the location, loyalty users will be directed to the Registration page to complete their profile.

The Message Popup asking for users to register is customizable by the location.

Required fields will have an Asterisk ( * ) and may include any or all of the following:

  • Name

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Address

  • Birthday
